Checklist
Need to send in a product for repair or service? We are here to keep you up and running.
Detailed steps
1. Complete the service form: A fully completed service form MUST accompany any equipment sent in for servicing with BCF Ultrasound. This helps us to identify your equipment, keep you informed of progress, as well as help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Service Form Options:
Option 1: Printed service form: Download, fill in by hand and attach with the equipment sent in for repair or service. Download the printable service form.
Option 2: Digital service form: Type directly into our digital form on a desktop computer, save a copy to your computer, and email it to BCF Ultrasound: office@bcfultrasound.com. Download the digital service form.
2. Clean your gear: To speed up your service or repair, please ensure that your equipment has been cleaned before being packaged. Additional fees will apply for dirty gear.
3. Package your gear: It is important to carefully package your equipment to prevent any damage while in transit. Items should be in a hard box or case, and secured internally with packing materials to prevent items moving around.
4. Send in your gear: Post or drop off* to our Australian or New Zealand workshop.
*All drop-off times must be coordinated with BCF Ultrasound in advance.
